At JOGA, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your peak performance. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn gear with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the gear passes inspection.
